Great Find!!! Great location! Great View! Location, location, location.. Very convenient for boating. We brought are boat kept it at the dock out back. Had everything we needed ,electric, water, cleaning station and even a room with a refrigerator to store ice and bait. Favorite time of day was sitting out back watching sunset cooking are catch, and watching the wildlife swim by."

Hello my name is Rick Palma. I was born in Miami and still live and work there.
I purchased my home in Islamorada Florida in 1995. This was my second home in that area. Because my family was growing I needed a larger home. I enjoyed fishing and lobstering and this area was a perfect fit.
I have been doing home improvements since I moved in. Recently the kitchen was remodeled and most of the furniture upstairs was replaced. I never thought of myself as an INN Keeper but I decided to rent my home several years ago. I have been fortunate to have rented my home to some wonderful people. I always try to greet them upon arrival to show them around. its been great making new friends.
